What is Ellie Mae Experience 2017?

Experience 2017 is an exclusive conference for mortgage professionals who use Ellie Mae’s Encompass® all-in-one mortgage management solution, Mavent® Compliance Service, the marketing solution Mortgage Returns by Ellie Mae, and AllRegs® research, reference, and education resources.

What events are planned?

When is Experience?

March 6-8, 2017

Pre-conference Training attendees are encouraged to pick up their Experience credentials on March 5.

All other attendees are encouraged to pick up their Ellie Mae Experience 2017 credentials on March 6.

How many people are expected to attend?

We’re anticipating a gathering of approximately 3,000 this year, we had a sell-out crowd of more than 2,400 attendees at Experience 2016. And since we’re expecting this increase in attendance we’ve expanded capacity in the conference rooms at the Wynn.

What's your cancellation policy?

Log into the Experience 2017 registration site to cancel your registration at any time.

Cancellations through January 15, 2017 will be refunded as follows:

Experience two-day conference:
Refund of registration fee minus $200

Pre-conference Training plus two-day conference:
Refund or registration fee minus $400

Refunds will not be granted after January 15, 2017. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refund to the reflected on your credit card statement.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. Registration transfer requests for both Experience 2017 and Pre-conference Training should be submitted in writing by February 15, 2017. To transfer a registration, send an email to with the names and email addresses of the original and substitute registrants.

What does it cost to attend Experience 2017?

You have the option of attending the 2-day Experience 2017 conference on its own, or combining the conference with the Pre-conference Training.

Are group discounts available?

Yes. Groups of five or more from the same organization will receive an additional 20% discount off the Experience 2017 conference rate. (Note: Pre-conference Training is not discounted).

To receive the 20% group discount please select Group Discount option when registering, and you and your team will be given a unique discount code to use during payment. Each team member may register separately or in a group, but must use the unique group code to receive the discount. (Note: After the first person from your company requests the discount code it will need to be shared with subsequent team members requesting the group discount.)

If you don’t believe five or more people from your organization will register for Experience 2017 (and don’t apply for the 20% group discount), but then five or more people do register please contact the Experience Registration Help Desk to receive the 20% group discount.
