What is Ellie Mae Experience?

Experience is the exclusive conference for mortgage companies and professionals who use Ellie Mae® technology, including our Encompass Lending Platform, Encompass® all-in-one mortgage management solution, Mavent Compliance Service, and AllRegs® research, reference, and education resources.

What events are planned?

When is Experience 2018?

March 19-21, 2018

Pre-conference Training attendees are encouraged to pick up their Experience credentials on March 18.

All other attendees are encouraged to pick up their Ellie Mae Experience 2018 credentials on March 19.

How many people are expected to attend?

Experience has sold out two years in a row. This year, we’re anticipating a gathering of approximately 3,300 this year.

Feel free to use this justification letter in an email or letter to your manager. Simply download it, customize as needed, and fire away.

What's your cancellation policy?

Log into the Experience 2018 registration site to cancel your registration at any time.

Cancellations through January 19, 2018 will be refunded as follows:

Experience two-day conference:
Refund of registration fee minus $200

Pre-conference Training plus two-day conference:
Refund of registration fee minus $400

Refunds will not be granted after January 19, 2018. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to be reflected on your credit card statement.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. Registration transfer requests for both Experience 2018 and Pre-conference Training should be submitted in writing by February 15, 2018. To transfer a registration, send an email to experience2018@itagroup.com with the names and email addresses of the original and substitute registrants.

Are group discounts available?

Yes. Groups of five or more from the same organization will receive an additional 20% discount off the Experience 2018 conference rate. (Note: Pre-conference Training is not eligible for the 20% group discount.)

To receive the 20% group discount please select Group Discount option when registering, and you and your team will be given a unique discount code to use during payment. Each team member may register separately or in a group, but must use the unique group code to receive the discount. (Note: After the first person from your company requests the discount code it will need to be shared with subsequent team members requesting the group discount.)

If you don’t believe five or more people from your organization will register for Experience 2018 (and don’t apply for the 20% group discount), but then five or more people do register please contact the Experience Registration Help Desk to receive the 20% group discount.

Are airfare and hotel costs included with registration?

No.

How do I pay for registration?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must be processed at the time of registration.

Will I receive confirmation after I register?

Yes. A confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide.

When should I select which breakout sessions I want to participate in?

The breakout sessions you want to attend can be selected at the time of registration, or they can be selected later.

To indicate which sessions you want to participate in or update your previous selections, click here and log in with the registration code in your registration confirmation email.

The breakout sessions you attend is not limited to what you selected during registration.

Can I edit my contact information or change which sessions I want to attend after I register?

Yes. To manage your registration, change your contact information, or update your session preferences:

When should I select which training classes I want to participate in?

Please select your training session classes at the same time when registering for Experience 2018.

If you would like to change your training session selections, please send a request to experience2018@itagroup.com by January 30, 2018. We will do our best to accommodate any request for training class changes but cannot guarantee session request changes due to limited seating capacity.

Can I just register for the Pre-conference Training?

Sorry, no. To attend the March 19 Pre-conference Training you must register for both the training and conference portions of Experience.

Hotel & Travel

Are there special discount room rates?

Yes. Discounted room rates for Experience attendees are available at the Wynn/Encore.

These room rates will be available until February 14, 2018 or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first. After that date, room rates are subject to availability from the hotel.

These room rates are offered three days prior and three days after the event based on occupancy and availability.

How can I book my room at Wynn/Encore

Discounted room rates start at $249 a night for both the Wynn and the Encore, single occupancy. They’re available until February 14, 2018, or until they sell out (whichever comes first), so book early to get the lowest rate.
