Carol Johnson is the Business Solution Manager for ICE Mortgage Technology’s Servicing Digital solution. She has been on the Servicing Digital team in various roles since the products inception in 2017 and is passionate about its continued success. With over 20 years at ICE and its predecessor companies, Carol has gained extensive expertise in the mortgage industry. The opportunity to focus on bringing mortgage servicing activities to the market via a customer-facing application has been an extremely rewarding experience. Carol enjoys sharing her strategic vision and industry knowledge to bring more innovation to mortgage servicing.
