Carrie Thompson joined Citizens in 2012 and leads their Mortgage Servicing Customer Care Team. During her 25-year career in mortgage, she's held a variety of roles in originations, servicing and default as well as marketing and human resources. She is passionate about delivering omni channel solutions that create a seamless experience for customers. She's also passionate about creating a culture where colleagues feel empowered to collaborate and champion change. In her free time, Carrie loves spending time with her husband (Brian) and children (Olivia 10 and Tanner 8), traveling, enjoying local restaurants and going to the movies.
