Doug Kilbourn is a Director of Engineering at Rocket Mortgage where he leads an incredible group in Servicing Technology focused on Servicing data, DevOps and Site Reliability. He is passionate about creating innovative solutions, enabling others, and eliminating toil. Doug’s background includes business analyst and Team Leader in the Servicing default and data spaces. Outside of work, Doug can be found spending time with his family in Metro Detroit.
