Senior Product Manager, ICE Mortgage Technology

Harsha Tandon, Senior Product Manager at ICE Mortgage Technology, serves as the product lead of Encompass eFolder. Since joining ICE in 2016, Harsha has quickly proven to be a pivotal part of eFolder innovations, creating document management solutions used by more lenders than any other LOS platform. Harsha has also been an instrumental leader on several ICE innovation initiatives, including document eSigning and Encompass eClose. Currently, Harsha is working on exciting developments for the future of document management on the Encompass platform.

All that know Harsha, know her to be an Engineer at heart and one who’s passionate about delivering simple solutions that address complex problems. When she’s not trying to solve the mortgage industry’s document management problems, Harsha enjoys spending time with her husband and their 6-year-old son.
