SVP, Servicing Technology Product Innovation, ICE Mortgage Technology


Laura Hunter is a servicing technology product director for the Mortgage Technology business segment of ICE, where she is responsible for the customer experience and interaction products, including Servicing Digital, Loss Mitigation, Collections, Customer Service, Correspondence Pro, Consumer Interaction Marketplace and other ancillary products, such as Director and Web Direct. Laura’s team is comprised of solution managers and value stream product managers supporting the strategic direction of these products. 

Laura has 25+ years of diverse business and technical experience with mortgage products, integrations and data. After first working as a bank’s loan counselor, supporting Collections, Bankruptcies and Foreclosures, Laura transitioned to its Secondary Marketing department. Her career evolved to supporting technology for mortgage and banking products, including 15 years implementing loan origination systems at Black Knight, now a part of ICE. She has also managed Servicing Client Support and Client Implementations, and joined the Servicing Product Innovation team in 2021, where she first focused on the Consumer Interaction Marketplace before extending her responsibilities to other solutions.

Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems management from Colorado State University and is a coach with the local chapter of ACEing Autism
