Miriam Valenzuela is the Director of Special Loans for PenFed Credit Union where she manages all aspects of the loan servicing and auditing of Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Loan Products and ARM loans. Miriam has successfully led teams in crafting innovative solutions for complex loan scenarios, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing portfolio performance. Miriam has 21 years of experience in mortgage servicing with comprehensive loan life cycle knowledge, she has worked in multiple areas including escrow, customer service, correspondence, and credit reporting. Miriam is a local resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kaplan University.
