SVP - Product Delivery Director, ICE Mortgage Technology

Trina Forbess is Senior Vice President of Servicing Product Delivery Director for ICE Mortgage Technology. Trina is responsible for leading the Business Analysts and Product Delivery teams. The Product Delivery team serves as the first line of defense for the Implementation, Product and Client Support teams. When Trina first joined Product Delivery, it was a non-revenue-generating team that supported one product. Over the last three years, the team has grown to now support nine products and over 200 servicers and business partners, with annual revenue of approximately $1M per year.

Additionally, Trina oversees the Business Analyst organization that support over 30 products and approximately 90 teams by researching, analyzing, and translating User Stories. The team helps discover what the user needs, solutions to address those needs, and they produce applicable requirements.
