This course will explore the ways lenders can use Simplifile® by ICE Mortgage Technology®, Encompass eClose, and the MERS® eRegistry to drive efficiency in your pre-closing, closing and post closing processes. Through guided instruction and practical activities, you will learn how to take a loan through the closing processes using Simplifile document collaboration, Encompass hybrid eClose with an eNote using the ICE eVault, Simplifile eRecording, Simplifile Post Closing and the MERS® eRegistry. After the instruction and activities, we will share with you how to get started using Simplifile’s suite of products, Encompass eClose and discuss the requirements and responsibilities for using MERS®

Use webhooks to build dual architecture functionality

This workshop will assist you in identifying situations where you can utilize webhooks to create Encompass functionality compatible with both the web and desktop versions of Encompass.
