This course is for Encompass Administrators and users who are using the current Input Form Builder tool and for Encompass Administrators and users who want to explore the new Web Input Form Builder designed for creating input forms for mobile and web-based Encompass applications. In this session, we will show you how to use it to create input forms for mobile and web-based Encompass applications, available currently in Encompass Loan Officer Connect. You'll learn to create, deploy, and maintain input forms for web and mobile Encompass applications using the new Web Input Form Builder.

Beginning Encompass Developers start here! This course will show how to use Microsoft Visual Studio to make a basic console application to open a loan and read some data including specific actions such as: get a list of loans; get a loan; update a loan; and obtain authorization. Students will be shown how to obtain an access token for the NextGen Open API, the basics of REST API programming, and touch on how to work with loan data using the Open API.

This course is designed for experienced software developers who are new to REST or using Encompass Developer Connect.

Prerequisites
Participants should have a basic working knowledge of JSON and an object oriented programming language.

This course will walk users through how to successfully identify and resolve common fail, alert, and warning messages on the Encompass Compliance Service Report.

This course is aimed at Encompass Administrators who have familiarity with VB.NET and have created simple business rules. In this program we will explore the power and flexibility of business rules to help streamline, manage, and enforce business practices and processes. Learn to create, deploy, and manage both simple and complex business rules in Encompass.

So you already know about REST, accessing the Encompass server and simple loan manipulation. What is the next step? Learn more about customizing your Encompass environment using the Open API to perform more sophisticated standalone tasks accessing a variety of Encompass entities, ordering services like credit via APIs and using webhooks to improve workflow.

Discover the capabilities of the Encompass Consumer Connect/Velocify integration by utilizing widgets, configuring the features of Velocify LeadManager or Velocify LoanEngage, and organizing abandoned applications into campaigns and distributing them to users. Additionally, you’ll explore data flow scenarios and gain an understanding of how applications are posted between the platforms.

  • Participants should have experience working with campaigns and distribution programs in Velocify
  • Participants must also have a basic understanding of Encompass Consumer Connect; they should know how to access the Administration Portal, and be familiar with the process for creating and publishing a new Encompass Consumer Connect site.
